JOB NUMBER: R Acquisition Contracts Management Analyst, Senior Key Role: Provide contract management support to a client. Coordinate with requirements teams, the contracting officer representative (COR), and contracting staff to assist with the development of contract strategies and contract planning and execution. Support market research, the development of Requests for Proposals (RFPs) and Requests for Information (RFIs), contract modifications, and technical instructions. Assist with monitoring and reporting contract performance, including tracking contract obligations, invoices, award fees and incentives, and deliveries. Basic Qualifications: 8 years of experience with DoD Navy contract life cycle management Experience with developing and evaluating USN acquisition strategies, performing analyses, developing and reviewing documentation, and applying defense systems acquisition expertise. Experience in working with senior government staff at the program executive officer (PEO) or project manager (PM) level Experience with providing acquisition program and acquisition management planning Experience with using Microsoft Office Suite Ability to develop metrics to monitor progress against programmatic goals, baselines, and objectives, including cost, schedule, performance, and risk Ability to independently develop methodologies to conduct and support the reviews of acquisition documentation, including Acquisition Strategies (AS), Acquisition Program Baselines (APB), Acquisition Plans (AP), or Statements of Work, CDRLs Ability to independently draft pre-award and post-award USN acquisition documents, including PR, SOO, SOW, PWS, SSP, J&A, D&F, TI, and official correspondence Secret clearance BA or BS degree Additional Qualifications: Experience with NAVSEA/NAVAIR PAPMs or APMs preferred Experience with Federal Acquisition Regulations (FARs) and the Defense Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS) Experience with contract writing systems, including SPS Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment Ability to prioritize multiple tasks with limited supervision and be a self-starter Ability to pay strict attention to detail Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills CFCM Certification Clearance: Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; Secret clearance is required.
