Position: Application Vulnerability Management Analyst Location: Washington DC (metro accessible) Duration: 6-8 Month Contract with possible extension Experis is partnered with a global financial organization in their search for an Application Vulnerability Management Analyst to join their team in Washington, DC. The Application Vulnerability Management Analyst will be responsible for planning and conducting web, API and mobile application penetration testing (with a minimum of 4 years of manual penetration testing experience). They will also review findings, and provide feedback to applications. This individual must be able to perform analysis of source code review reports. They must have 2 or more years of development experience, specifically developing code in Microsoft .NET. Experience with Remediation and Risk acceptance is also required, along with Dev Security Ops experience. They will be responsible for keeping up to date with the latest testing and ethical hacking methodologies. They must have a strong understanding of OWASP Top 10 vulnerabilities. They must also have a strong understanding of enterprise level scanners, such as IBM AppScan and BURP Suite Pro. EDUCATION AND CERTIFICATIONS: Academic/professional training to at least a Bachelors Degree or its international equivalent, preferably in Computer Science, or Computer Engineering Possession of industry certifications highly preferred including, but not limited to, Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), Certified Information Security Manager (CISM), Global Information Assurance Certification (GIAC), Certified Secure Software Lifecycle Professional (CSSLP), and Information Systems Security Management Professional (ISSMP) Experis is an Equal Opportunity Employer (EOE/AA) – provided by Dice [...]
