, Bentley University Job Description Summary In this role, you will serve as a key member of a team that uses digital marketing technology and tactics to promote Bentley’s undergraduate, graduate, and adult learner programs. You will work independently with business partners to understand client needs, help set strategy, and lead execution of marketing programs designed to reach program goals. Your responsibilities will include communicating with prospective students on social media, YouTube, and other emerging online digital channels; optimizing sections of the Bentley.edu website to showcase our programs; and supporting email campaigns. You will have the opportunity to use analytical and creative skills along with existing and emerging technology and tactics to help redefine the marketing of higher education programs. Essential Duties Work with multiple business partners and teams to understand goals, helpsetstrategy, and translate marketing requirements into functional campaigns. Collaborate with our creative team to develop compelling campaignsonorganic social media,Youtube, and other existing and emerging channels to support enrollment and revenue goals. Research, test, and evaluate new digital channels to communicate our message, build community, and purchase media. Lead the ongoing maintenance and improvement of portions of the bentley.edu website. Build testing frameworks (A/B testing, multivariate testing) for continuous optimization of conversion rates. Develop copy and other digital assets for email campaigns. Set & monitor targets, and related campaign metrics and report performance. Minimum Qualifications A minimum of 4 yearssocial media,website, and emailexperience. The ability to listen to requirements, propose solutions, and then work cross-functionally to gather resources and bring those solutionslive. An understanding of all major social media channelsand an explorer’s mentality in assessing other potential digital channels. Excellent written and verbal communications. Analytical skills and experience reporting on campaign data. A growth marketing mindset. HTML experience nice-to-have. Bachelor’s degree required, MBA orMaster’sis a plus. Work Environment Ability to travel around campus for work related meetings and events. Typical office setting with extensive sitting and computer work. .
