Versailles, Kentucky, Position Description Leads and oversees all digital marketing and recruitment efforts for both the system office and 16 colleges. The use of digital platforms is necessary to our groups in brand awareness, advertising, and recruitment technology. This role guides both media buying in the digital space and the direction of technologies used to support recruitment efforts across the system including the development of communication campaigns and recruitment strategies using our Customer Service Management System (CMS), Radius. This position also leads the front end of recruitment efforts that are focused on converting prospective student leads into applicants. Major Responsibilities/Duties Project Management:  Leads and manages all digital marketing and CRM conversion campaign projects. Training & Reporting:  Conducts front end CRM training, leads all digital marketing training.  Develops reports for all campuses. Data Analysis:  Conducts analysis of all digital marketing and recruitment initiatives.  Sets conversion goals for all campaigns and CRM based on analytics. Digital Advertising:  Leads and oversees all Search Engine Marketing, enrollment, and awareness digital marketing efforts for both the System Office and Colleges.
