The AVP, IT Application Support will report to the IT Manager and will provide Vendor Application support to the Payment Division within CIT. The following duties will include the following: Technical Application Support – Payments; Product Support and Technical SME for an IT perspective. Critical Vendor and Product relationship as a Trusted Advisor to our business teams Support Vendor Applications, specializing in all bank payments types (ACH, Wire, RDC, Transfers, etc.) Be able to handle Vendor Relationships. Testing and Implementation of both BAU and Enhancement work for CIT’s Payments and Online applications Must Interact well with other from both a technical and non technical aspect with Product, Business and other IT teams. Be responsible to handle tickets and enhancement requests and be able to triage and fully define issue reported. Some after hours and weekend support required as a product support member.
