RESPONSIBILITIES: Kforce has a client in search of a Business System Analyst in Boston, MA. Key Tasks: Collect and document all information from stakeholders related to current state (identity use cases, as is provisioning and de-provisioning business workflows, systems integration mapping, data flow diagramming,) needed for business application integration with an IAM solution Gather business and technical requirements and create system level requirements documents Identity life cycle requirements Segregation of Duties Scenarios and compose applicable access control rules Applicable Regulations with Compliance to identify access control requirements Birth right provisioning versus special requests, Federation, Privileged Access Management, Authentication & Authorization, Security and Provisioning Identity Data Reviews, analyzes, and evaluates user needs to create systems solutions that support overall business strategies Work with technical team to create system test cases and perform system testing Create user acceptance test (UAT) scripts, set up UAT scenarios, and lead stakeholders through UAT Simulates and tests process improvements; Communicates changes and may provide training to impacted business units Customize user guides and functional training materials based on vendor documentation Deliver functional/application provisioning administration training to business and IT users Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for application security access provisioning solutions and audit compliance May supervise and guide lower-level business systems and support analysts Job Requirements: REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology or related field and six years of related work experience in analysis of business needs and development of related business systems or an equivalent combination of education and experience; BA specific 5-7 years of Business Analyst experience Proficient in all aspects of business requirements gathering and business solutions design; Deep domain understanding of business processes, data flows, and best practices relating to one or more administrative functions applicable in a research university setting (e.g. HR, Admissions, Finance, Research, IT, Facilities, etc.) Well developed personal time management skills and ability to meet individual and team deadlines Proven ability to apply business analysis and process improvement best practices; Excellent communication skills, including written, verbal, and presentation; Excellent MS Office and Visio skills; Demonstrated ability with requirements management tools Proven ability to represent requirements using alternative views, such as analysis models (diagrams), prototypes, or scenarios, wireframes where appropriate Proven ability to manage changes to base line requirements using change control processes and tools Perform requirements fit/gap analysis Translate, define and document to functional specifications Knowledge and proficiency in business process optimization Demonstrated proficiency in SDLC, agile and project management methodologies Technical: 3 years of IAM experience preferred Kforce is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer.
