We are looking to hire a Lead Full Cycle Recruiter to help us find the best people to work with. You will be ContentFly’s first and lead recruiter with complete ownership of the entire hiring process.
- Be the owner and enabler of the entire recruitment process for the company
- Advise and develop long term recruitment strategies in line with the company’s vision and growth strategy
- Work in liaison with the people operations team and management to understand the long term business and growth needs
- Provide us with data driven insights to constantly improve our hiring strategy
- Ensure the candidates have a great hiring experience in line with our values and brand
- 3-5 years of experience through the entire recruitment process preferable with high growth or technology startups
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to gauge the candidates motivations and see if they would fit with ContentFly’s values
- Pro at using Linkedin and other channels to source ideal candidates
- Ability to understand data and draw insights from it
- Exceptional organizational skills are a plus
