Bank of Singapore is looking for a Digital Marketing Associate to help drive its digital marketing strategy and support its rapid business growth with a focus on lead generation. In this role, you will be part of the Digital Marketing Team and will work closely with internal stakeholders to drive marketing efforts in the region, leveraging your strong grasp of the industry. Responsibilities Oversee the various Marketing technologies / platforms and manage the day-to-day operational reporting Effectively leverage and develop relevant content such as thought-leadership articles and videos for digital marketing campaigns Manage the social media platforms, executing social media campaigns and content Analyse and measure campaigns performance through marketing metrics against goals (ROI and KPIs) Manage the end-to-end lead management process by maintaining the lead database Oversee the existing digital marketing campaigns, while taking the initiative to develop new methods of outreach via digital platforms Explore and onboard innovative solutions and digital marketing technology to improve digital marketing performance and experience Qualifications At least 2 years of work experience in digital marketing either in the industry or a digital agency SEO, SEM, social media, content marketing, Google / Adobe Analytics, A/B testing skills are necessary Solid content development skills especially for social media campaigns Knowledge of paid and owned media tactics Knowledge in social listening and competitor benchmarking Knowledge of website design, HTML5, UX is a bonus Knowledge of CMS, marketing automation and CRM tools is an added advantage Ability to self-motivate and work independently in a fluid environment and comfortable with multitasking Strong communication skills
