Overview

Nationwide, The Digital Marketing Coordinator is responsible to support the overall efforts of the Marketing Department.  Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Delivery of automated demand-gen marketing programs, oversight of Google analytics and SEO efforts, market research and contribute to marketing content creation for campaigns and sales materials.  Incumbent will successfully meet or exceed business unit goals while maintaining quality standards, controlling expenses, and following company and business unit directives and practices.
Primary Accountabilities

Coordinate and manage the timely delivery of effective lead-gen, digital marketing programs via marketing automation and CRM tools.
Research and compile data for marketing programs focused on key verticals and target markets.
Produce market insight reports, strategic reports, tracking/measurement reports and presentation materials.
Utilize CRM software and databases to manage target lists and record marketing activities.
Manage google analytics and have primary oversight of SEO/SEM efforts.
Perform administrative work including the efficient and courteous flow of internal and external communications via phone, email or in person; keeping records, filing, maintaining mailing lists, etc.
Maintain appropriate and assigned documents, records and history associated with the performance of duties to ensure thorough documentation of lead-gen and branding campaign efforts.
Education and Experience Requirements

Bachelors Degree in Marketing, Business or a related field.
Equivalent combination of education and experience accepted.
Two years experience working in a corporate marketing department or agency environment.
Proven ability to use automated marketing platforms such as: Hubspot, Salesforce, Marketo, emfluence,
Working knowledge of Microsoft CRM or other CRM platforms
Proven experience utilizing social media for business: Blogging, Twitter, Facebook, Linkedin
Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud.
Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS and other basic web languages helpful.
Demonstrated ability to multi-task, prioritize workload, organize and make decisions in a deadline sensitive environment.
Must possess analytical and critical thinking skills as well as creative problem skills.
Ability to work independently and as a part of a multidisciplinary team.
Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, draw valid conclusions, and interpret information.
