Zions Bancorporation is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Digital Marketing Data Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of data analysis and forecasting. They will be responsible for overseeing the Enterprise Digital Marketing (EDM) roadmap, using the data to identify new business opportunities and determine the best utilization of data to support business strategy and ensure maximum revenue from marketing spend. Roles and Responsibilities: Oversee EDM data roadmap, using data to identify new business opportunities Determine best utilization of data to support the business’s strategy and ensure maximum revenue from marketing spend Build ML models and algorithms that will be used to reinforce marketing communication strategy Collaborate with stakeholders throughout the company to assess and prioritize business intelligence and reporting needs; develop key performance indicators and dashboards and deliver reporting and analytic solutions to stakeholders providing data-driven insight into business performance, issues, and initiatives Partner with IT and data teams to manage implementation and administration of business intelligence reporting systems and tools Establish standards and best practices for business intelligence and reporting Recommend improvements to maximize process efficiency and report management Drive information governance and data quality across Enterprise Marketing Support and promote data reporting standards across enterprise and affiliate marketing groups Evaluate the need of data ingestion into the operational or integrated data warehouse or big data platform to meet reporting and analytical business needs Support digital marketing activity trend analysis Forecast planned marketing activity performance Collaborate with EDM team members to solve problems, brainstorm, develop solutions and build consensus Desired Qualifications: Experience in data modeling and management, statistics, marketing analytics, digital marketing analytics, data science, artificial intelligence, or other relevant areas Extensive knowledge of data structures, report writing, statistical modeling, and analytical frameworks Working knowledge of SQL, Power BI, Python, Adobe Analytics, Salesforce Marketing Cloud and/or other relevant marketing platforms Experience creating data visualizations using Power BI Familiarity with data from digital advertising platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn Ability to perform root cause analysis Familiarity with banking products Good management, organizational, and written and verbal communication skills Ability to set and maintain high quality work standards Ability to deal effectively with people in various job capacities Exceptional degree of ingenuity, creativity, and resourcefulness in decision-making and problem solving Ability to perform data analysis and build ML models with an understanding of ML algorithms Experience designing, developing, and modifying data infrastructure to accelerate the process of data analysis and reporting Minimum Qualifications: 5+ years experience data analysis, forecasting, or related field Bachelors degree in a relevant discipline, MBA a plus Skilled with programming and scripting languages (SQL, Python, GCP) Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills Experience building tools to automate data collection Experience with machine learning and AI Familiarity with data management tools Experience with database management software Benefits: Medical, Dental and Vision Insurance – START DAY ONE!
