Our Marketing consultants are responsible for helping our clients imagine, deliver and run the future of their customer experience by creating personalised, data-driven marketing to drive tangible customer centric and commercial results. They are subject matter experts and lead projects on a wide range of disciplines from marketing strategy to the build and deployment of marketing campaigns. They work with delivery teams to help guide and create capable digital solutions, operating in a flexible and iterative way with the technical and creative resources that are central to digital innovation and execution. You’ll be joining us in the Marketing team and, as part of a group of more than 50 of the best marketing consultants in the UK, you will work with our market-leading clients to provide solutions to their most complex and exciting business challenges. Solutions you would be involved in range from creating marketing strategies, identifying commercial growth opportunities, designing new operating models and ways of working, third party management, developing and executing multi-channel digital campaigns, change management, marketing execution, setting KPIs and analysing marketing performance. This role is based in our airy and bustling offices in Clerkenwell, London, with its legendary coffee machine and model train track, you’ll also have a chance to work with clients throughout Europe and beyond. Tell us what arrangement works for you and we’ll try to accommodate. Your professional experience Overall, you’re an ideas person and problem solver as well as a hands-on doer – that’s important. You know it takes a mix of people to do amazing work, so you love collaborating with and learning from people with different skills, backgrounds and perspectives. If you have an interesting or unusual mix of skills yourself, even better. Solid analytical skills with the ability to interpret and ‘make the complex simple’ with experience of developing business cases and tracking marketing performance Multiple years of experience in consulting gained within a small or large consultancy and with exposure to marketing Strong project and programme management skills, ideally across multiple workstreams and geographies A proven record for effective delivery in a project environment A background in digital marketing either within Private / Public / Financial Services sectors or, eCommerce and multichannel (mobile / desktop / tablet / connected devices) Broad knowledge of trends across digital media (Web, Mobile, Social, Search, etc) Deep understanding selected digital disciplines (e.g. Channel Strategy, personalisation, data-driven marketing, digital marketing, Programmatic etc) Experience of designing and implementing new operating models and ways of working for digital marketing and customer-facing teams Passion for working collaboratively within and thriving in a multi-disciplinary team environment Additional desirable experience includes: First-hand experience of strategy development, or business transformation in a digital context Experience of working closely with digital and creative professionals A broad understanding of the marketing technology and vendors with which our clients operate, in particular Adobe, Salesforce, SAP, Oracle, Google and Facebook Your service line: Consulting Our people and the way we work are the two things that set us apart in the consulting universe.
