Frankfurt am Main, Germany, Reporting to the??Managing Director based in Frankfurt,??this appointment will work closely with the Marketing Leader and other key stakeholders. This is different from a typical digital marketing role within the asset management industry which usually focuses on marketing products (mutual funds, ETFs, etc.), and will focus on promoting & generating awareness around the technology platform & it’s services. The role will require being strategic, tactical, and continually looking for innovative ways to grow the business starting with the German market. This role will be responsible for managing all digital marketing efforts for the company. This includes working with the Marketing Leader in preparing marketing and communications strategies, overseeing the overall branding and image, creating & executing campaigns and events, & maintaining the marketing budget.????It will also include management of??firm???s??social media platforms, the website and other digital assets as well as collaborating with multiple agencies / internal teams on SEO, SEM, online advertising, content creating and marketing, etc.?? Key aspects of the appointment: Strategic: Lead the development and implementation of a digital marketing strategy consistent with our business objectives. Drive digital marketing initiatives that will manage online acquisition, digital channel utilisation as well as build brand awareness. Develop and manage end-to-end Digital Marketing campaigns working closely with the Marketing Leader, internal Marketing team under the parent-company, other key stakeholders and the agencies Tactical: Drive and manage paid, owned and earned media across digital assets. Drive the deployment of Always-On paid media strategy. Understand and drive both CPA/ CPL performance models in paid media for online acquisition. Understand the levers and drive the performance of owned media properties and optimise to drive business KPIs. Understand and supervise SEO implementation and improvements to the site content, usability and design.???????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????? Manage all online communications, social media channels management, campaign and content strategy. Drive implementation and tracking of social media campaigns and drive fan base across social media platforms such as FB, LinkedIn and Twitter.?? Develop a comprehensive content strategy to advance the company???s thought leadership agenda. Business Martech roll out, use, and optimisation?? This is a key appointment for the firm???s digital capabilities, and we are looking for someone with in-depth experience in digital marketing preferably in an established or startup FinTech.
