Overview

Orlando, Florida, The Digital Marketing Manager serves as the section lead on strategic development and technical implementation across all digital properti es.   

Plan and execute all digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, social media and display advertising campaigns  
Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points.  
Lead the improvement of our websites and user funnels by working closely with internal teams to maximize visibility of our brand(s).   
Update and manage all content on the USTA Florida, USTA Florida Foundation, and USTA Florida managed facilities websites, using WordPress and other content management systems, as needed.  
Develop and manage feeds, content, and notifications on the USTA Florida app.  
Provide direction, training, and support to all program and regional staff on appropriate practices for all USTA Florida digital platforms.  
Lead analy zing, reporting an d translation of data to perform testing and optimization across all digital platforms.  
Collaborate with vendor partners, particularly managing day-to-day operations and long-term improvements with web developer.  
Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies.  
Evaluate emerging technologies. Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate.  
Optimize processes and workflows to maximize team productivity.   
Serve as marketing liaison to departments and projects, when assigned  
Other duties as assigned by team leader  

Bachelor’s Degree in Digital Marketing or related field   
At least 5 years of experience maintaining a brand’s digital presence  
Minimum of 3 years of experience in collecting , analyzing and reporting on data to guide decision making  
Demonstrated proficiency with WordPress and Google Analytics   
Experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and/or display advertising campaigns   
Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels  
Experience with A/B testing  
Working knowledge of ad serving tools  
Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development and constraints  
Proficient with Microsoft Office 365, including One Drive document sharing component and Teams   
Must possess and maintain a valid driver license and a record that meets our company’s insurance standards  
Must be able to read and write English   
Must have a professional and positive attitude  
Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends as needed?  
Must be able to pass the USTA Safe Play and USTA FL Section background checks
