Nationwide, Be #gablesproud of where you work and become part of our team by applying for your new career with Gables TODAY! *This position may be based in Dallas, Atlanta, or Houston based on candidate preference* The Digital Marketing Manager is responsible for driving strategy, analysis, recommendations and implementation in the areas of digital programming, resident, prospect and associate touchpoints, and regional support to the communities and RMs in designated regions. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, analytical skills, project management and execution, professionalism, and ability to be forward thinking is required.. Roles You Will Play: The Digital Marketer & Strategist Understand, strategize, create, execute, and report on company digital initiatives Compile data analytics that allow the marketing department to understand ROI and drive better marketing decisions Manage and optimize existing programs such as Captivate, Amenify, ILSs, Yext, PPC and more Understand, assess and drive recommendations for enhanced resident engagement via Qualtrics Special projects and other tasks or duties as assigned by supervisor Maintain an excellent customer service relationship with associates, residents, and vendors Adhere to the Gables Standard Operating Procedures Work with the Director of Marketing to ensure we’re fully leveraging the website for maximum impact/results The Ally Manage and support lease-up efforts in the needed markets Serve as the regional marketing expert, recommending, outlining, and managing strategic marketing plans in needed markets Work with the Community Manager /Regional Managers and Vice Presidents to ensure traffic opportunities to the communities are being maximized, marketing standards are being followed, and renovations and lease-ups are on budget as far as traffic/leases Assist with 3rd party RFP new business presentations as needed The Innovator Leverage additional existing and new software to improve the customer experience on social channels Help measure, optimize, drive, implement, and manage new marketing initiatives General Marketing/Lease-ups Qualifications To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty well. Education An Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is required, with an emphasis on and marketing analytics digital media is preferred. The position requires the ability to read and write English fluently, and the ability to accurately perform basic to intermediate mathematical functions. Professional Experience 3-5 years’ experience in the apartment management industry preferred. Experience with the Adobe creative suite is also preferred. Attendance/Travel The position requires the ability to work any of the seven days of the week, 52 weeks of the year, when necessary. Position requires the ability to travel as necessary. Licenses/Certifications A valid driver’s license and current automobile insurance is required. Position requires individuals to furnish their own vehicle to fulfill all the job’s functions.
