Nationwide, The Digital Marketing Manager will lead the development of Greystar’s corporate websites and growing digital presence. As a member of the Enterprise Digital Marketing team, they will support the needs of both day-to-day and mid/long-term strategic goals through the optimization of online content and user journeys. This role also works with an international team which also provides digital marketing assistance to local country teams globally. Experience working with an international team and multiple time zones is necessary. JOB DESCRIPTION Manage the development and streamlining of websites on Sitecore and other CMSs Manage in the development and maintain bespoke applications and microsites Work with the greater team to gather and manage web content updates between international stakeholders and agencies Deliver work on budget and schedules, meeting milestones and adhering to estimates Collaborate on project with, agencies, teams and internal clients to discuss, demonstrate, and advise on best practices Actively share development knowledge with the team and greater company Qualifications: International digital marketing experience with a rapidly growing organization Project Management experience with mid and long-term projects Experience with CMS platforms, including Sitecore 9. 1+ and Effective communication with different international audiences (non-technical and peer) both written and verbal Experience with Google Marketing Suite (Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics and Google Search Console) Familiarity with Pi Datametrics Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills Strong customer service focus Demonstrated ability to use standard Microsoft software (Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams) and technical project management tools (Asana)
