Palm Beach, Florida, The Breakers is seeking a creative, self-starter who balances a high level of creativity and attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Must have experience in digital marketing—including email marketing, website management, paid advertising and SEO—and be a tech-savvy, storyteller who can create high quality, valuable content to attract, inform and engage an audience, while also promoting the brand.
Ideal candidate is someone who is both highly creative and an excellent writer, while being technically skilled and process-driven with the ability to collect, analyze and use data to make decisions. 
Responsibilities Include:

Assist the Senior Digital Marketing Manager to oversee digital marketing strategy 
Develop engaging content for marketing campaigns
Daily website management and on-going content curation needs, including ancillary websites for weddings, golf academy and membership
Help manage paid digital advertising efforts including social media, display campaigns, custom placements, paid search and SEO
Manage all member email communication and assist with resort email marketing efforts
Qualifications/Requirements: 

Minimum 5 years of experience with digital marketing platforms and demonstrated success managing initiatives for brands is required
Digital marketing experience must include web, email and paid digital advertising, as well as lead generation and SEO knowledge
Knowledge of website management tools, content management systems and HTML
Proficiency with WordPress required; understanding of website accessibility a plus
Well versed in digital marketing platforms and analytic tools
Ability to contribute individually, work with various specialized teams and collaborate with others
Project management and organizational skills, as well as attention to detail
Proficiency in day-to-day office management tools including Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Cloud (specifically Photoshop)
Bachelor’s degree in communications, marketing, journalism or related fields preferred
Experience in hotel/travel industry and/or luxury lifestyle sector preferred
