Livonia, Michigan, POSITION PURPOSE- position can be remote
The Digital Marketing Manager provides direction and management for the implementation, maintenance and ongoing development of digital consumer and patient engagement touchpoints (e.g., consumer website, chat, CRM and landing pages) identifying both strategic and technical opportunities for improving and optimizing across all Trinity Health regions. The Digital Marketing Manager is responsible for evaluating emerging digital platforms and technologies to determine their potential value and uses from a consumer engagement standpoint. The Digital Marketing Manager is responsible for building and maintaining relationships with health ministry regional marketing teams and the information technology team to meet system objectives and deliver on key performance measures.
 
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Knows, understands, incorporates and demonstrates the mission, vision and values of Trinity Health in leadership behaviors, practices and decisions.
Develops and maintains productive working relationships with vendors, project sponsors and key departments.
Ensures and coordinates the timely update of new information; provides guidance to Health Ministry marketing staff to update content on the regional websites. 
Leads CRM initiatives and collaborates with Health Ministry marketing and information technology teams on the CRM platform strategy and how it can integrate in the overall marketing technology stack.
Collaborates with Health Ministry CRM leads and manages digital campaigns within CRM to ensure appropriate goals, channels, metrics, allocated budget and reporting are tracked and documented.
Leads enterprise-wide meetings discussing performance and creative enhancements as well as communicates to leadership on a regular basis.
Troubleshoots and resolves technical issues related to digital marketing platforms both internal and vendor provided.
Works with other marketing managers to ensure cross-channel campaign consistency of strategy and message. Create and develops landing pages and emails in the web and email platforms.
Stays abreast of trends and best practices to maximize web, CRM and other digital marketing initiatives efficiency and effectiveness.
Works with the communications department and Health Ministry leading various content strategy and planning activities and maintains an enterprise-wide content calendar for web updates.
Oversees compliance with digital marketing regulations and policies including those specific to health care.
Documents key requirements, decisions, best practices and creates playbooks to onboard, coach, and train colleagues across the enterprise.
Maintains a working knowledge of applicable Federal, State and local laws/regulations; the Trinity Health Integrity and Compliance Program and Code of Conduct; as well as other policies and procedures in order to ensure adherence in a manner that reflects honest, ethical and professional behavior. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Advertising, Communications or a related field, with five (5) to seven (7) years of progressively responsible experience in web content management platforms and CRM (i.e., Healthgrades, Salesforce and Microsoft CRM platforms), marketing campaign management, brand, or communications development; or an equivalent combination of education and work experience.
Minimum of five (5) years of experience in a managerial or supervisory capacity, preferred.
Expertise in the marketing campaign process – from research to positioning to marketing channel selection and creative development.
Strong aptitude in marketing key performance indicators, analytics, and measurement techniques.
Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud is preferred.
Organized, reliable, and independent with strong creative thinking and problem-solving skills.

Strong writing, presentation, editing and project management skills.
Strong interpersonal skills; ability to provide leadership and counsel to team members and other marketing leaders throughout the Ministry.

PHYSICAL AND MENTAL REQUIREMENTS AND WORKING CONDITIONS
Operates in an office environment. Work area is well-lit, temperature controlled and free from hazards.
Communicates frequently, in person and over the telephone and electronically, with people in different locations.  Manual dexterity is needed to operate a keyboard. Hearing is needed for telephone and in person communications. 
Work environment requires the ability to concentrate, meet deadlines, work on several projects at the same time and adapt to interruptions.
4.   Must be able to adapt to frequently changing work priorities and be able to prioritize and balance the requirements of working with the Health Ministries.
5.   Must be able to work under stress caused by multiple projects, sometimes with conflicting deadlines.
6.   Travel as required (approximately 15%). Must be able to periodically travel to various Trinity Health sites.
