What You’ll Do The Executive Education Marketing Manager will support the Assistant Dean for Professional Education and the Director of Communication, Public Relations and Marketing (CPRM) with leading all aspects of the school’s executive education marketing efforts to maximize outcomes in support of Fletcher’s enrollment goals. This role will require close coordination between CPRM and the Executive Education staff, as well as various faculty members. Essential Functions: Working with Director and Associate Director to plan and implement an integrated, multi-channel marketing strategy utilizing current tools and resources to reach relevant audiences. This will include developing the narrative and messaging to convey Fletcher Executive Education’s unique value proposition in the marketplace. Managing marketing and analytics strategy for Fletcher Executive Education, including conducting market research and reporting and providing recommendations informed by social media metrics and website analytics. Designing, preparing, and delivering regular Executive Education marketing performance reports on behalf of the Executive Education team. This role will be expected to provide insights into the needs of adult learners, whether they are individual students or those engaged as part of a corporate or institutional partnership. Managing the development, maintenance and optimization of the Fletcher Executive Education website, with a focus on user experience throughout the entire customer journey. Collaborating with Communications and Admissions staff to streamline and maximize communications messaging across channels throughout the entire enrollment marketing process including Advertising, website content, admissions event marketing, admissions newsletter marketing, drip campaign email messaging, and social media marketing. Working with CPRM to leverage access to Tufts media channels to generate awareness and engagement from global Tufts alumni community and Fletcher media and partners to engage unaffiliated target customers already familiar with Fletcher. Overseeing the management of Fletcher branding as it is applied to all Executive Education marketing activities, including but not limited to the website, social and digital media, advertising, and email marketing. Coordinating regularly with the Executive Education Instructional Designer on production, review and distribution of educational content, and the preparation of marketing assets from that content. Managing day to day execution of paid media campaigns, including serving as liaison between CPRM and publication/website contacts. Serving as day to day liaison between CPRM and the Executive Education team, collaborating on overall strategy and appropriate asset allocation to support EE’s marketing goals while creating a consistent user experience. Responsible for Executive Education’s day to day CRM activities, managing the communications strategy and workflow to optimize prospect engagement. Designing, implementing and managing a customer retention strategy that includes post-course surveys and market research to inform new courses to be offered. Managing online library of executive education marketing assets. Conducting regular peer benchmarking assessments and create best practices documents for Fletcher executive education marketing efforts. What We’re Looking For Basic Requirements: Knowledge and experience as typically acquired through the completion of a Bachelor’s degree in related area of study or equivalent and 3 – 5 years of executive education marketing experience Website (Drupal, WordPress) and Social Media Management experience Demonstrated experience with website and social media analytics tools Demonstrated familiarity with basic video and media production Experience working in higher education A commitment to The Fletcher School’s DEI mission and goals in the execution of position’s responsibilities and tasks An employee in this position must complete all appropriate background checks at the time of hire, promotion, or transfer.
