This is a full-time, term-limited position due to the source of funding for up to three (3) years. Support for this position will end if/when the Health Lifetime Program ends. Due to the necessary requirements, the full-time salary range for this position is $68,000 to $75,000. Salary is commensurate with the qualifications and experience of the selected candidate. BASIC FUNCTION AND RESPONSIBILITY The Healthy Lifetime Program (HL) is a business entity within the School of Nursing that provides top-of-class services to older adults to support optimum health and independence in aging. The program is completely virtual, including the continuing education of nurses who provide the services; therefore, the program is not bound to geographic locations for service provision. The business offers ‘direct to consumer’ programming that integrates the School of Nursing faculty as providers and students as learners to fulfill curricular requirements. The HL Program also contracts with other business entities to support their use of the program through licensing and other contractual agreements. As the Marketing & Social Media Specialist for the HL Program, you will be responsible for developing and directing Heathy Lifetime’s overall digital marketing strategy. This function includes the integration and execution of digital/social media methods into the overall marketing strategy. CHARACTERISTIC DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Develops and directs HealthyLifetime’s overall digital marketing strategy Works with the Marketing Consultant in the integration and execution of digital/social media methods into the overall marketing activities Content development (for all social media platforms and beyond) Social media posting/maintenance of accounts Social media/Google analytics of performance Ongoing SEO optimization and creation of AdWords/marketing campaigns Managing CRM process Prepares marketing campaign materials. Collects market response data and Implements retargeting based on data. Content development for marketing beyond social media. SUPERVISION RECEIVED Supervision is received from Director of the Healthy Lifetime Program (HL). Education and Experience : *A Bachelor’s degree is required in a health/business field. *Two (2) or more years of experience in progressive marketing and communications roles, preferably in start-up environments. * Experience with SEO, Google Analytics and other social media platforms * Must have excellent oral and written communication skills. You will be expected to write clearly and concisely for various mediums. You will be expected to have solid interpersonal and organizational skills, and the ability to work effectively with diverse groups. *Advanced p roficiency with Microsoft Office products (including Word, Excel, Access, and PowerPoint). Attributes : *A high degree of initiative and resourcefulness. *Must reliably manage responsibilities effectively to meet deadlines. *Demonstrated project time management and relationship-building skills. *Ability to set priorities, handle multiple assignments, and display excellent judgment while operating in a flexible and professional manner.
