Waco, Texas, Digital Marketing Specialist Job Identification: 15561 Posting Date: Job Schedule: Locations: Degree Level: Job Description: What We Are Looking For Robbins College of Health and Human Sciences is seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist to support the mission of the College and University by successfully managing a variety of college communications channels, developing regular, engaging content, and collaborating with the Robbins College marketing and communications team to effectively meet goals. A Bachelor’s degree and an active Christian faith are required. A Bachelor’s degree and three years of relevant work experience are preferred. All applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis. What You Will Do Oversee the Robbins College digital content marketing strategy, including planning, creating, assigning, and digitally distributing content that supports the mission and goals of the College. Regularly write and edit news articles, profiles, Q&As, and other forms of content to support the College’s content marketing strategy. Manage Robbins College social media accounts, including posting content, monitoring engagement, reviewing analytics, monitoring and researching emerging trends, and managing a social media calendar. Assist with managing all Robbins College departmental websites, including utilizing the Drupal content management system to make updates and collaborating with departmental partners on best practices. Provide guidance and support to departmental social media managers and communicators. Collaborate with the Director of Marketing and Communications and Publications Manager on a variety of communications projects, including events, publications, and College-wide initiatives. Perform all other duties as assigned to support Baylor’s mission. Ability to comply with university policies. Maintain regular and punctual attendance.
