Core Job Responsibilities: Strategically plan and tactically execute an Integrated Digital Business Plan for all channels. He/she will participate in the development of the Area Business Strategy; manage the development of appropriate digital campaigns for use across brands. Understand customers’ needs under changing market place, what makes them tick and how the market change is affecting them. Using that knowledge to innovate for them.  This will include commissioning qual and quant research plus CEx design and research activities to help prioritize, shape and test proposed changes. Take ownership of standardizing digital KPIs across brands to ensure adaptation of the digital KPIs to drive/support key decisions around spend optimization and resource allocation to drive ROI. Support Customer Journey Mapping by analyzing touch points with the organization and maximizing loyalty opportunities. Constantly monitor and improve the usability, design, content and conversion of the website Work with business and technology stakeholders, service providers and agencies to gather functional and technical requirements and optimize day-to-day operations; Ensure data meets functional requirements, system compliance and interface specifications working closely with IT Ensures that digital tools comply with regulatory and legal requirements You will report to the Marketing Manager. To be successful in this role, you will require the following qualifications: Experience 5 years in marketing Experience managing PPC, SEO and Affiliate programs Experience in ecommerce, SEO, PPC, Email marketing, and social media Proven communication skills and ability to drive cross-functional collaboration across Commercial, Marketing, Analytics, IS, Regulatory and other Key Functions Successful implementation with technology vendors, including on time on budget projects with successful results Entrepreneurial mindset, agile, comfortable with ambiguity, willingness to wear multiple hats to ensure team success Proven track record of executing with urgency Fluent in written and verbal English
