Tupelo, Mississippi, Responsible for setting up, implementing, and managing the overall system’s digital marketing strategy.

Develop, plan and implement the overall digital marketing strategy
Coordination of the digital marketing calendar
Train the Marketing and Communications team as needed
Stay up to date with latest digital technology trends and best practices
Manage all digital marketing channels and track performance
Work with graphic designer and marketing vendors or agencies to create visual concepts for marketing campaigns
Measure ROI and KPIs
In coordination with the Chief Marketing Officer, prepare and manage the digital marketing budget
Oversee all the organization’s social media accounts and content creation
Manage and improve online content, considering SEO and Google Analytics
Develop an inbound marketing plan
Monitor competition and provide suggestions for improvement

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field required; willing to consider High School diploma with three years of direct marketing experience in addition to the minimum experience requirement.
Minimum of five years of experience in digital marketing required
Three years of experience in developing and implementing digital marketing strategies preferred
Knowledge of all different digital marketing channels
Knowledge and experience with online marketing tools and best practices
Knowledge and experience with web publishing
Three years of hands-on experience with Search Engine Optimization (SEO), Search Engine Marketing (SEM), Google Analytics; experience with Customer Relationship management (CRM) software preferred
