Cincinnati, Ohio, Description REPRESENTATIVE RESPONSIBILITIES ???Client Relationship Management In support of senior member of the team, manage the digital strategy consultation, resulting content and UX plans and execution for multiple assigned clients spanning the entire medical center. Exercise sound judgment, critical thinking and communication skills to balance clients goals, digital best practices and established governance principals. With supervision, determine and execute reporting needs to monitor performance to Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and meet the needs of the client. Show flexibility and adaptability in client interactions, changing approach or method of communication to best match clients interest, availability, goals and technical knowledge. Effectively translate technical or complex concepts into laymans language that matches your clients knowledge or engagement level. ???Proactive Content Creation and UX Strategy Enhancements Produces, edits, distributes and tracks digital content for communication platforms and ensures adherence to style guidelines. In support of senior member of the team, utilize analytics data user experience (UX) best practices to identifying performance and content goals for each assigned client and CCHMC digital properties as a whole. Monitor and measure the performance to goals and proactively identify enhancements to achieve these goals. Independently create a schedule to support the ongoing needs of each assigned client and digital property and maintain measurement and monitoring of KPIs. Ensure all assigned digital properties are maintaining accurate and optimized information. ???Search Engine Optimization Consultation and Execution In support of senior member of the team, use tools and experience to plan and execute search engine optimization (SEO) strategies and tactics, cross linking efforts and link analysis across digital properties and channels. Use SEO ideas to support strategic improvements, measure results and adjust content in coordination with colleagues or clients. Conduct analysis of SEO to monitor site health and make recommendations and execute internal and external linking, site content optimization, meta information, etc. Help drive SEO strategy to maximize productivity and performance. Conduct link analysis including identifying opportunities and executing improvements such as, fixing broken links, redirects, and cross linking. ???Develop Digital Strategy Subject Matter Expert (SME) Committed to participating in team discussions about new and changing digital strategy best practices. Qualifications EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE Required: Bachelor’s degree in a related field 0 – 2 years of work experience in a related job discipline Preferred Skills: Strong writing skills for publishing on various communications platforms.
