Cincinnati, Ohio, Description Expected Starting Salary: $57,000 – $75,000 PURPOSE OF POSITION: The Digital Analyst position partners with the Marketing & Insights and Digital Strategy teams to conduct, design, and execute content and UX needs on the www.cincinnatichildrens.org website in support of paid marketing campaigns. With supervision, determines and executes reporting needs to monitor the performance of KPIs, monitors and measures the performance to goals, and proactively identifies enhancements to achieve these goals. With assistance from manager/senior team members, supports the tracking, attribution, and improvement of paid marketing campaigns on www.cincinnatichildrens.org ,. Exercises sound judgement, critical thinking and communication skills to balance business goals, digital best practices, and established governance principals. Candidate should be familiar with SEM, Google Adwords, and Google Analytics. Conducts SEO research and recommendations to supplement and enhance paid marketing strategies. With support from manager and senior team members, conducts digital performance reviews, designs/implements A/B tests, and executes resulting content and improvements to support conversions on cincinnatichildrens.org. RESPONSIBILITIES Paid Marketing Collects data from various digital sources (social, email, Google Analytics). Work with senior analyst to provide reporting, analysis and recommendations to partners. Assists in maintaining and improving performance reports for digital properties and evaluating the performance of paid campaigns. Participates in the development of digital marketing strategy. Remains current on new features and enhancements, informing and training marketing members on relevant developments. Uses findings to provide data and suggest recommendations to improve user experience and the effectiveness of digital properties. Executes special projects as assigned, including but not limited to content entry in content management system. Independently creates a schedule to support the ongoing needs of each assigned client and digital property and maintain measurement and monitoring of KPIs SEO and Site Optimization In support of assigned clients and digital properties, uses tools and experience to plan and execute search engine optimization (SEO) strategies and tactics, cross linking efforts and link analysis across digital properties and channels. With assistance from manager/senior team members, provides SEO recommendations to support strategic improvements, measures results and adjusts content in coordination with colleagues or clients. Conduct analysis of SEO and SERP to monitor site health and make recommendations and execute internal and external linking, site content optimization, meta information, etc. Implement best practices consistently to maximize traffic and performance. Assists in the development, planning and execution stages of search engine optimization strategies and tactics, cross linking efforts and link analysis across digital properties and channels. Conducts analysis of SEO and SERP to drive organic growth that supports and enhances our paid marketing efforts. Designs, plans, and executes A/B tests, content development, and UX improvements to meet business objectives and drive KPIs. SKILLS & COMPETENCIES Project Management Advanced ability to develop, implement and manage projects; knowledge of the principles and concepts of project management including proficiency with relevant project management tools Independence and Teamwork Ability to work both independently and in a team environment Ability to collaborate with agency partners and internal stakeholders. Technical Proficient with Google Analytics, search engine and referral tracking/benchmarking, AdWords and other data analysis tools. Experienced in applying SEO practices, ranking strategies, page optimization and link building strategy and campaigns. Understanding of HTML. experience using a content management systems, publishing and editing online content. Understanding of reporting practices for Email, Social Media and Digital Media tools. Experience with website planning, keyword generation, research, associated tools, and keyword selection. Experience in A/B testing and optimization. Analysis Ability to analyze data, develop insights, and apply recommendations across multiple digital channels. Understanding of reporting practices for Email, Social Media, and Digital Media Tools Familiarity with data modeling and visualization. Familiarity with SQL a plus Qualifications EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE Required: Bachelor’s degree in a related field 2 – 5 years of work experience in a related job discipline Preferred: Sitecore or similar CMS experience Paid Marking andSEO and Site Optimization experience Unique Skills: Digital Skills Content Management System (CMS) publishing expereince.
