What you will be responsible for: The Marketing Manager being recruited will act as the key driver and program manager to drive the end to end marketing initiatives that support our proprietary direct business channel – online and offline. Success in this position requires experience in digital platform marketing, content and campaign management, event management, using data to identify actionable insights, and the ability to thrive in a dynamic environment delivering a diverse range of creative and workable solutions. The successful candidate should be passionate about the future of digital and have a proven track record of delivering results-driven marketing programs that can increase sales impact, client engagement and deepen client relationships The role works closely with Business, subject matter experts (SMEs), and various teams within Marketing to drive, plan and implement various areas of marketing activities and contribute to business and marketing objectives. Create and implement innovative solutions to achieve business objectives and measurable results Identify opportunities and client needs and deliver client-centric solutions to drive customer acquisition, deepening and retention Drive awareness and engagement from online to offline or vice versa via different marketing tactics and different touchpoints Define success metrics and evaluate impact of activities to support business growth Analyse data and insights to guide strategy and implementation of marketing solutions Monitor competitor activity and presence to create competitive edges Stay ahead of the curve striving for the best-in-class client engagement and experience Embrace evolving technologies to enable advanced solutions and improve customer experience Be part of the advocacy on a collaborative culture and establish a high-performing team to achieve common goals Drive projects and perform duties as and when required Ensure discipline in place for strong governance and risk management Comply with all internal and external requirements to ensure the business is in line with changing regulations and evolving guidelines Collaborate with different teams within Marketing, Business and other functions to integrate global/regional objectives with local priorities, and serve as a major point of accountability for a diverse range of global/regional project delivery What skills and experiences we are looking for: Bachelor degree holder with min 5 years fund industry experience preferred Digital marketing savvy with strong e-commerce sense Early adopter of emerging technologies; staying abreast of industry trends A track record of gaining an understanding of customer needs and delivering effective, impactful marketing solutions A track record of using data and analytics to optimize and improve performance as ongoing efforts Demonstrate business acumen, strong problem solving skills with proven ability to present solutions to complex issues Impeccable integrity; always putting the goals, needs and the organisation’s best interests above his/her own Demonstrate good analytical skills and ability to transform raw information into actionable strategies High level of independence and positive energy; Responsible and accountable; Respect for diversity of opinions and styles; Flexible in approach Ability to multi-task, and enjoy working in a demanding, fast paced environment; ability to adapt quickly and manage multiple, competing priorities and projects with quality output at one time Able to drive marketing programs from end to end with good English and Chinese speaking, writing and presentation skills; p roven ability to develop and effectively communicate complex concepts and ideas in business terms to peers and senior management Ability to think strategically while strong in execution and dealing with details Good investor education and product marketing knowledge in our industry Background and experience from any established financial services digital platforms to be highly considered Proven skills in managing complicated projects that involves product design, compliance, IT, analytics and various other stakeholders Strong interpersonal communication skills a must Has a high level of self-motivation, with strong integrity and ethics Experienced and can independently work with vendors directly on campaign management, webpage creation and the UX design from end to end Appreciation for the global organization and the regional synergy; Ability to interact, influence and communicate effectively with all levels of the organization and across Lines of Businesses Strong sense of governance to ensure compliance with regulatory and internal requirements Ability to adapt quickly and shift priorities based on unexpected business demands An effective team player, able to work with people of all levels
