We are seeking a digital project coordinator to join our team in a fixed term position in a role that supports several fast-moving projects in Carnegie Mellon’s University Communications and Marketing division! The digital project coordinator will work closely with the Associate Vice President of Marketing and the Senior Director of Digital Strategy to provide planning, research, and communications support as the university upgrades its web analytics platform. They will be the main point of contact with a vendor partner, sharing current project status and upcoming deadlines with both the vendor and internal CMU stakeholders. This role will also provide project support for strategic new MarTech platform implementations, along with assisting in developing training and socialization materials that support new platform implementations. Additional digital strategy duties as assigned. You should demonstrate: Strong oral and written communication skills, including a skilled approach to creating presentations and socialization, including gaining buy-in Strong organization skills, a mind for data with attention to detail and a willingness to be proactive with projects Ability to develop reports, confidence using PowerPoint to develop presentations Flexibility, excellence, and passion are vital qualities within University Communications and Marketing.
