6 month contract with the possibility of extension or even permanent placement Our client is seeking a highly-organized, self-motivated eCommerce Site Coordinator to join its Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) Team. This individual will be responsible for managing the site content and merchandising of one of the client’s Direct-to-Consumer website to assist in delivering overarching DTC strategies and goals. In this role, you will work closely with DTC Team members to execute on-site growth strategies for our business. This role will support various eCommerce projects, site updates, content maintenance, and other key initiatives, and will be responsible for the site’s accuracy and consistency. Detailed Responsibilities: Product Catalog Management & Merchandising o Manage product catalog, including SKU list, product attributes, product categories, images, tags, and descriptions. o Manage site category pages and product detail pages for accuracy and consistency. o Coordinate with internal teams to execute new product launches, packaging updates, inventory changes, and other item changes on site. o Collaborate with Business & Site Leads to develop and implement key product merchandising practices, including cross-sells, up-sells, and bundling. Inventory o Collaborate with internal Supply Chain partners to develop inventory forecasts and supply plans for each site. o Assist Site Owners and Supply Chain to plan inventory needs for large sales drives and promotion periods. Site Content o Maintain and execute on-site marketing/content calendar in accordance with overarching marketing strategy for each site. o Manage CMS and regularly refresh site content in alignment with business initiatives, new product launches, marketing campaigns, owned content strategies, and seasonal programming. Promotions o Set up all promotions within eCommerce platform, including sales, coupons, bundling details, etc. at the product, category, and/or store level. o Track and manage all active promotions for the site to ensure accuracy, consistency, and timely update of marketing assets. Quality & Optimization o Ensure product and CMS information, imagery, tags, redirects and other content elements are accurate and up-to-date. o Assist with site testing, troubleshooting, and requirements gathering for development projects as necessary. Skills/Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree 1-3 years of experience in eCommerce Merchandising or Content Management. SEO experience or a background in project management is a plus. Hands-on experience working in eCommerce platforms and/or Content Management Systems. Magento is a plus. Proficiency in Excel, with some experience (like-to-have not must-have) in sales planning/forecasting. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence others. Excellent prioritization skills with the ability to manage multiple projects at once. Strong organizational skills, and experience owning a project through all stages of execution.
