They will be the liaison between the customer and the customer service rep at the plant. They have in 22 in total different plants nationwide that they will be supporting. They will communicate deadlines, instructions from and to customer. This communication can be between the end user, CSR and customer at any of the 22 plants. Potential candidate would need: Strong interpersonal skills Good knowledge of Word and Excel Good computer skills (i.e. the ability to easily move around a computer) Ability to think outside the box as nothing in our world is “black and white” Attention to detail Good administrative skills Find issues that need to be resolved without direction Day to Day activities: Compose emails Setup job folders or job sheets (include contact info, job specs) Filing Organize information Enter customer schedules into our internal (Access) scheduling system Use email calendar to setup reminders for incoming jobs Proof and QC check information – proofing job setups against plant grids which show how data files are to be laid out Manage and prioritize workload Flexibility – this individual will be providing support to numerous List Rep, each with different personalities and processing styles Self-starter needing little direction once trained Quick learner – we live in a complex data world and will provide training on the different programs we use in processing and QC checking data About TEKsystems: We’re partners in transformation.
