The duties will include daily administrative tasks in the HRIS department, updating and managing Workday daily, troubleshooting and collaboration with to make recommendations for the best practice and scalable use of HR Systems. The position will also include writing, maintaining, and supporting a variety of reports, queries or condition rules. The position may also include managing HRIS projects through effective planning, requirements-gathering, designing, scoping, estimating, configuring, test scenario developing/coordinating, and deploying. The position is temporary and may result in a direct hire opportunity. Responsibilities: Develop project scopes and manage HRIS projects to successful completion, provides expertise for HRIS M&A projects, develops documentation and job aids, serves as liaison with information systems staff in resolving programming and related problems. Perform systems maintenance and collaborates with technical staff to coordinate application upgrades. Skills: HRIS systems (prefer Workday SAAS HCM) Human Resources, Project Management, Information Systems High-level of Microsoft Office proficiency Good understanding of the HR Discipline Education: Bachelors Qualifications: Prefer 5 years HRIS experience Prefer experience with project management, support/configuration in HRM systems Experience utilizing Workday is highly preferred Work in a temporary capacity and may transition into a permanent role for the right candidate The position is Monday – Friday, 40 hours per week The hours are flexible 7:00 – 4:00, 8:00 – 4:30, 8:00 – 5:00 HR certification is highly preferred Bachelor’s degree highly preferred Email updated resume to [Click Here to Email Your Resum?] We match great people with great companies.
