Position Summary : The PC/NW Manager will provide leadership, management, and advanced technical expertise to the team and serve as an instructional and problem-solving resource for the Microcomputer/Network Analysts. This person will advise and support staff in their effort to resolve a variety of technical, informational and policy-related issues; monitor issues and escalate items to management when appropriate and insure appropriate solutions and other technical services are available. Responsibilities include assisting Project Managers in coordinating the activities of a project to ensure cost, schedule, document control and quality standards are met. Under the direction of the PM, the PC/NW Manager is expected to take on any/all tasks in the quest to learn all he/she can about Information Technology. Responsibilities: Supervise IT support for company’s internal and external events Manage and provide first hand support for critical network infrastructure issue Supervise onsite desktop support technicians on day to day operation to meet base SLA Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors/customers for the flawless execution of projects Work closely with Systems/Network team and group members to promote a positive work environment and achieve the team’s goals. Interface with each department to create and execute a plan to develop our IT capabilities Provide technical leadership and direction by creating SOPs and procedures Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools, and techniques and manage changes in project scope, schedule, and costs Report and escalate to management as needed Perform risk management to minimize project risks Requirements/Qualifications : Bilingual Korean Required – Medium proficiency in reading and speaking Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Information Systems or Managed Information Systems or Computer Engineering Required 10 years of experience in IT, 3 years of experience as a technical lead managing a team of 2 or more IT Administrators Travel up to 10% to various client sites required in the US Proficient in core Microsoft products, including Windows Server 2008/2012/2016, Win7/Win8/Win10, MS Office, Internet Explorer and Active Directory Ability to prioritize and organize work to meet defined SLA’s Experience building corporate IT knowledge bases and writing policies/processes Excellent client-facing, written and verbal communication skills Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills Ability to work as a team member Experience growing a team in a fast-paced, high-growth environment Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, Prescription, 401k, Paid Time Off (PTO) – provided by Dice [...]
