Minneapolis, Minnesota, We have an exciting opportunity at Ameriprise as a Manager, Digital Marketing! Build and implement national paid search and social media strategy. Participate on multiple complex interactive cross-organizational projects to complete on interactive strategies, business objectives and deliverables. Provide support to multiple business partners, ensuring timelines, budgets, and commitments are met or exceeded, and that there is outstanding communication throughout the process to team members, leaders, and collaborators. Work closely with business partners, vendors and technology partners to develop, deliver and support digital marketing capabilities in a highly matrixed, fast-paced environment. Come apply today! Responsibilities Generate demand by translating business strategy into search and social digital programs that drive business results. Effectively communicate and develop/support strong working relationships with a variety of key collaborators, including business partners, legal, compliance, content, brand/advertising, technology, product and sales. Drive key projects including social media advocacy, social media listening, paid search and paid social from concept through launch including working cross organizationally and with external vendors. Work closely with project managers, content providers, analytics and technical leads to evaluate multiple courses of action on a project and assess impact on targeted results. Identify, understand and assess end user needs, satisfaction drivers, technology trends, and business goals. Use these insights to drive innovation within the online experience while balancing business realities (staff, budget, culture, scalability). Required Qualifications Bachelors Degree or equivalent required 5-7 years of relevant experience required. Strong interpersonal skills with proven success building relationships and influencing across all levels, internally and externally. Familiarity with digital marketing capabilities i.e. social media management, media/advertising platforms, marketing automation and campaign management tools Able to work pro-actively in a highly ambiguous, matrixed, and constantly evolving environment. Able to prioritize, work independently and manage multiple initiatives. Project management & leadership skills with a proven track record of implementing and understanding innovative online solutions. Preferred Qualifications Financial services, agency background, B2C marketing experience.
