Jamestown, North Carolina, Job Description Summary: Reporting to the Vice President for College Advancement, the Marketing Systems Manager will be responsible for working with stakeholders to define technology and mechanisms needed to deliver revenue-generating results (leads) for the college. This position will leverage marketing/communications automation and CRM systems to the fullest potential by designing and implementing settings, data standards, customizations, and coaching users on system use. Beyond creating automations for efficiency, this position will continue to analyze data and outcomes, adjusting as needed. The MSM will oversee the use of marketing and communication systems applications for the college including customer relationship management, digital asset management, donor management software, website CMS , etc. – in conjunction with ITS as appropriate. The MSM will supervise the CRM specialist, digital marketing specialist, website administrator and provide oversight for the GTCC Foundation Admin for the donor database. Education Required: Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university. Experience Required: Minimum of 5 years of experience working with customer relationship management ( CRM ) application/software Minimum of 3 years supervisor experience Digital marketing and website content management Experience Preferred: Higher education recruitment and/or marketing experience
