We are seeking a Manager of Revenue Cycle Analytics in Wausau, Wisconsin who will be responsible for project management activities related to revenue cycle system upgrades and implementations, including small to large scale projects relating to system changes. This position is responsible for planning, directing, and overseeing project schedules, budgets, risks, objectives to ensure overall project success as well as monitoring the project from initiation through delivery, interfacing and communicating with project stakeholders on applicable matters in order to deliver the project objectives on time and within budget. This position will be responsible to coordinate clear communication and statuses for all projects affecting revenue cycle including ones that may be led by other areas of the organization. This person will have oversight of the training team within the Revenue Cycle Analytics department. SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS Our ideal candidate will possess the following skills and education requirements: Knowledge and ability to effectively utilize project management tools and Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Project) normally acquired through previous work experience, completion of Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent education. Three to five years’ relevant project management experience preferred. Training in Lean, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologies desirable. Knowledge of revenue cycle practices desired. Knowledge of best practice for project management and familiarity with related technologies. Demonstrated leadership skills and sensitivity to organizational politics. Must have the ability to communicate technical information in an easy-to-understand way. Ability to read, analyze and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or government regulations. Excellent verbal and written communication skills including the ability to communicate technical concepts to a non-technical audience. Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals. Ability to collaborate including building, leading, motivating and coordinate activities of a cross-functional and/or multi-corporate team.
