AVER is seeking to hire an experienced Microsoft Dynamics CRM Developer (Mid-Level) to create, implement and maintain solutions in Dynamics CRM. He/she will participate in the development and enhancement of current Microsoft Power AppsDynamics CRM and Online 365 applications installed on Microsoft Azure platforms. He/she will also troubleshoot and resolve assigned support tickets, develop and maintain existing workflows and plugins within Dynamics CRM to support systems engineering lifecycle activities. This role will support the development of required technical, systems, and functional architecture views, design documents, security documentation, and technical plans for IT engineering, hardware and enterprise architecture activities. Primary duties will include collaboration with stakeholders, business representatives and subject matter experts to identify and analyze capability gaps and translate strategic objectives into the development or enhancement of Dynamics CRM system capabilities. • Design, develop, document, test, and debug the new and existing solutions using .NET and ADX Studio or Dynamics CRM for external user access. • Support, maintain, and document the custom web application functionality implemented using MS Power Apps Dynamics 365. • Analyze code to find causes of errors and revise code as needed. • Prototype, refine, test, and debug web applications to meet internal and external users need. • Knowledge of Microsoft CRM Online 2016 and Dynamics 365. • Experience with ASP.NET and Dynamics CRM solution development. • Knowledge of and experience with the latest versions of ADX Studio or Dynamics 365, and Power Apps CRM Portals. • Knowledge/hands-on experience writing Dynamics CRM .NET/C# plug-ins from scratch and technical architecture experience. • Handles multiple project responsibilities simultaneously to prioritize work and resolve technical emergencies as they may occur • Protects the organization by keeping information confidential • Assist the Government in ensuring that the appropriate technologies are delivered according to cost, schedule and performance objectives and implemented in synchronization with mission needs. • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent technical job experience • 4 years’ working experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM (2013, 2015, 2016, 365 online) • 3 years supporting CRM technology projects, understanding business requirements, designing and configuring forms, developing workflows, importing data into Dynamics CRM from external sources, reports and dashboards and troubleshooting application bugs • Microsoft Dynamics certification desired • Excellent verbal and written skills. • Must be able to work on customer site Monday – Friday. • Ability to obtain and maintain a government clearance (Public Trust). • Position requires U.S. citizenship.
