This position is a senior NICE Actimize Engineer responsible for maintaining and supporting NICE Actimize ActOne platform in live Production environment. Candidate will be responsible for all environment and application related incidents/tickets for NICE Actimize ActOne platform. Candidate will also act as lead to provide directions to other Production Support associates on NICE Actimize ActOne platform. Candidate will also lead effort to design, develop and implement enhancements and optimization related projects. Technologies: Expert proficiency in NICE Actimize ActOne, multiple modern programming languages, application frameworks, web services, and standard design patterns is required. Understanding of the fundamentals of DEVOPS processes including automated build and unit testing, quality analysis tools, testing frameworks, and deployment automation tooling is required. Expertise in design and implementation of complex integrations with financial backend systems is required. Expertise in managing and supporting Production environment. Essential Functions: Responsible for managing and support NICE Actimize ActOne platform in Production Responsible for L2 and L3 support for NICE Actimize ActOne platform Provide technical guidance to other Production Staff members on NICE Actimize ActOne platform Serve as a point of escalations for incidents Assess current operating procedures and use process improvement methodologies to identify opportunities for automation and continuous improvement Serve as Incident Manager for major incidents Responsible for meeting availability target of 99.98% for NICE Actimize ActOne platform Assess and implement new tools and processes to ensure high availability and stability Responsible for executing DR activities SLA measurement and reporting Capacity management for all critical applications Prioritize workload and adjust as needed to assure critical items are being handled in a timely manner Follow up on team tasks to ensure completions and quality Monitor, control, update and coordinate changes to existing projects while summarizing and communicating project status information producing effective reports, as appropriate Ensure various integration elements of assigned projects are properly coordinated Collaborate effectively with other teams within ITS and other departments, contractors, partners and third party vendors Identify opportunities to optimize and standardize processes Perform other duties as assigned Education : Minimum of Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, related technology field, or equivalent combination of education and experience Experience 7 years professional work experience in software development required. 2 years of experience as a subject matter expert and technology thought leader across multiple skill and application areas. Years of experience may be offset by having proficiency in one or more highly specialized technology or skill.
