Essential Functions and Responsibilities: Design, implement and optimize processes for the Global HR team that provide the foundation for an effective and responsive service to our employees and management team Manage key People projects within the team and cross functionally Provide data analysis on all aspects of talent attraction, development and retention and leverage insights to answer key business questions Identify key analytics to enhance the employee experience, improve operational processes and ensure effective workforce planning Design dashboards and reports and assess usage; enable self-service for the business Design and implement surveys for candidates, new hires and all employees, including annual employee engagement survey Provide executive assistance to the President including calendar management, expense reporting, arranging detailed travel plans and confidential administration of executive affairs Administer our HRIS (UltiPro), our LMS (Litmos) and other employee records and ensure a high level of integrity of all People data Facilitate our global recruiting and onboarding processes Support Vermont office operations and facility management Other duties as assigned Requirements Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Ability to handle confidential information using judgment and discretion Ability to develop/maintain relationships with a wide range of business professionals Demonstrated learning mindset Data-driven and analytical, enjoy identifying metrics to solve business problems Experience with Microsoft Suite including Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint Ability to manage multiple priorities and tasks with a high degree of accuracy and speed Ability to work from the Vermont office 5 days a week once it re-opens (we are currently remote) Must have unrestricted work authorization to work in the United States Preferred 3 years of professional experience Desire for a career path as a business partner, learning and development specialist, or people operations project manager Understanding of key processes across talent acquisition and talent management Excellent project management, written and verbal communication skills Calm and adaptable in a demanding, fast-paced, and frequently changing environment; Experience working in a global company Education and/or Experience Bachelors degree Physical Requirements/Working Conditions: While performing duties of this job, the employee is predominately functioning in a sedentary light office position with high frequency of keyboarding, and computer use.
