Remote,, The Project Manager, Digital Marketing will work as part of the Strategic Planning and Project Management group to support Greystar’s National Marketing Team to manage the day-to-day program activities and operations for a portfolio of multiple business projects or a complex business program by implementing innovative, integrated, and practical solutions that align end-to-end project delivery experience to operational strategy. Oversees program activities to help plan, monitor and govern program schedules and resources of moderate scope, expenditure, and effect across the project lifecycle. Partners with functional, geographic, and/or service line leaders to support the business and project management operational strategy. JOB DESCRIPTION Essential Responsibilities: Manage team resources schedules and booking calendar, responsible for keeping all internal and external partners up to date on project progress activity and priorities. Develop and champion project timelines, ensuring that deadlines are met, and deliverables meet stakeholder expectations. Deliver project management expertise for all marketing initiatives across National Marketing including SEO, SEM, website, paid media campaigns, social media, analytics, online reputation management and others. Partner with Center of Excellence stakeholders to understand and execute against their product & services roadmap. Lead weekly status calls with cross-functional partners to discuss ongoing items, scope changes, plan of action and other initiatives to drive business success. Leads implementation of programs/processes/tools/designs that support key business drivers within the Center of Excellence (CoE) and cross-functionally and/or major program areas. Identifies and oversees project/program risk and issues and proposes mitigation tactics and strategies. Manages coordination with other teams across National Marketing and other business units within Greystar, including Leaders, as appropriate, to understand project implications for other programs, projects, or processes or when subject matter expertise is required. Leads the development of compelling, logically structured presentations and deliverables that will be shared at the National Marketing and business leadership level. Establish and manage project communication and process. You will be responsible for setting up appropriate structure and tools to ensure successful collaboration and engagement across agency and client teams. Responsible for project estimation, planning, and profitability. You will own detailed portfolio and project plans; manage resource allocations; and report on project status, burn rates, budgets, and reconciliations to internal, regional and client stakeholders. Participate in the dev and sustainability of PM frameworks Performance of strategy based on defined KPIs Organizational Responsibilities: Follows established policies and procedures by monitoring and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, organizational standards, and operational processes related to area(s) of responsibility and reporting violations or infractions to appropriate individual(s). Practices proper safety techniques in accordance with Company, property, and departmental policies, procedures, and standards by immediately reporting any mechanical or electrical equipment malfunctions, employee/visitor/resident injuries or accidents, or other safety issues to appropriate individual(s). Identifies areas for improvement and offers suggestions to improve efficiency and productivity. Keeps abreast of current changes in technology, processes, and standards within the industry and area(s) of responsibility by attending internal and external training classes, research and/or subscribing to the internet or other professional publications or utilizing other appropriate method(s) to obtain business and professional information and applies knowledge and practices to area(s) of responsibility. Working Conditions: Incumbents may work in an office environment, remotely, or in a hybrid model. Physical Demands: Incumbents must be able to view computer screens and other electronic equipment, paper reports, and journals for extended periods of time where visual strain may result. Occasional travel will be required to attend business meetings, training classes, or other situations necessary for the accomplishment of some or all of the daily responsibilities of this position. Knowledge, Skills, Abilities: 5+ years of professional experience Minimum of 2 years of related experience in advertising or marketing communications in a client-facing role, ideally at a creative/digital agency or similar. Proven track record in driving creative solutions and digital/social content creation. Experience working in an Agile framework, Agile certification preferred. Knowledge of social and mobile content creation and requirements for different channels. Some exposure to CX campaigns helpful. Some experience working with Wrike, Airtable, WMG or similar project management platform. Some experience working with Saleforce or other CRM platforms. Experience working on large-scale projects with multiple workstreams and diverse teams (Strategy, Creative, Account, Research, and Data) across remote offices. Comfortable leading team and client meetings; ability to tailor communications based on audience and level (technology, creative, finance, client, vendor). High EQ and the ability to read what a team needs to help motivate them. Self-motivated and driven to build and create great work.
