Regional Digital Enablement and Marketing Manager (2002382) – Florham Park, NJ Where the Chemistry Happens We are seeking a professional like you to lead regional marketing activities in North America regions (US, Canada, Central America) and support global marketing. You will also help manage direct to consumer business. Qualifications – BASF recognizes institutions of Higher Education which are accredited by the Council for Higher Education Accreditation or equivalent Formula for Success Leveraging your education in Science, Engineering, Business Administration or a related field and your experience in B2B marketing and consumer marketing experience, you will develop and lead execution of all agreed marketing plans in North America. Demonstrating your exemplary personal standards relative to ethical and corporate representation of BASF and self in internal and external environments, you will be the focal point for customer interactions regarding marketing driven topics. Successfully engaging within the organization, you will support PM with competition and product strategies. Utilizing your solid reporting ability and business & financial acumen, you will prepare Sales packages, including inputs into customer presentations. Your excellent communication and presentation skills will serve you well as you conduct sales training. Your strong customer focus will be evident as you create and maximize opportunities to interact with customers – digital (webex, social media, search, F2F (trade show, conferences). Working with effective organizational skills, you will manage always on / automated lead generation, including Content management and optimization. Acting with entrepreneurial drive, you will explore new e-marketplaces globally, to expand the potential of eB2B. Relying on your excellent problem-solving skills with a demonstrated ability to develop and implement creative solutions to complex problems, you will support the implementation and roll-out of efficiency-driven digitalization roadmap and initiatives (including CRM). Your strong project management and execution orientation will be essential as you manage the D2C (newtrition.com & Amazon.com) pilot.
