Minneapolis, Minnesota, Support data strategy, analytics support, behavior analysis and omni channel measurement for assigned line of business. Manage large data sets, providing information-based decision logic and translates modeling/analytic output into understandable/actionable business knowledge, insight and applications. Demonstrate strong technical/problem solving skills. Support multiple projects collaboratively. Produce business strategic results dashboards, create ad hoc reports, target audiences, for websites, mobile apps, social media, email, and on-line search initiatives. If you are not located close to a physical office, remote work is considered for qualified candidates. Responsibilities ???Development and implementation of complex analysis using multi source digital channel data such as web, mobile app, email, social media, and advertising, by querying cloud (Data Lake) environments. Utilize data reporting and analysis tools to produce recurring reports and dashboards with analyses. ???Work closely with business partners to review key findings and discover issues, developing trends, or areas to investigate further. Pro-actively identify opportunities for improvement in user experience, incorporating company and industry knowledge and mathematical and technological expertise. Execute and follow up on identified issues or developing trends that require correction. ???Assist in dataset creation by developing measurement plans, technical requirement documents for tagging. This may include data extraction, derived and dependent variable creation, and data quality control processes for analytics, model development, and validation. ???May monitor execution of analytical solutions, including criteria specification, data sourcing, segmentation, analytics, selection, delivery, and back-end data capture results. This could include further include creating operational analytics workflows that are designed to create audiences for targeting, optimization, AB testing, simulation, etc. Required Qualifications ???Strong analytical, quantitative and problem-solving skills and ability to use statistical analysis ???2 – 4 years of experience conducting analyses of blending multi source marketing digital data using SQL/Python/R/Alteryx/DataIku/AEP/Adobe Analytics ???Strong relationship & communication skills in working with colleagues. Able to work independently ???Ability to distill key insights, actions, and/or recommendations from analyses conducted ???Familiarity with data visualization software such as PowerBi or Tableau Preferred Qualifications ???2 years of experience in advanced analytics methodologies such as experimentation and testing including A/B testing tools and concepts ???2 years of experience with customer analytics techniques such as segmentation, churn prediction, cohort analysis etc. ???2 years advertising/social media/paid media analytics at an agency or fortune 500 organization ???Experience with Adobe Analytics, Analysis Workspace, and DTM (Dynamic Tag Management) or similar tool such as Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager, Web trends, or similar tool ???Be a peer leader and contributor on a team of analysts, aligned to specific product teams, and foster a team culture that brings diverse, creative, value-added solutions ???Technical understanding of analytics tagging and implementation.
