Peregrine is in search of a Senior Cybersecurity Compliance Support Lead in the Newport News area. Must comply with certification requirements identified in DoD 8570.01M for IAM Level III or equivalent. Experience working with the DoD Information Assurance tools to include VRAM, eMASS, HBSS, and TWMS. Experience with DoD assessment and authorization process. Experience in conducting or participating in Navy Compliance Inspections Experience in information technology security. Experience with Information Assurance Vulnerability alerts and researching the IAVA/B/T occurrences within the following: Vulnerabilities and risks associated with Windows operating systems, Linux operating systems and components. Vulnerability incident reporting. Able to review and provide feedback on DoD cybersecurity documents, orders and instructions. Develop Command level policies and procedures. Cognizance of various DoD policies and regulations (e.g. 8500, 5200) and ability to interpret such policies and regulations as are provided to the Afloat community. Necessary Skills and Knowledge: Minimum Qualifications: Minimum of four (4) years’ experience is required. Excellent verbal and written communication skills Demonstratable proficiency with the use of Microsoft Office suite (e.g. Word,Excel, Power point) Required Clearance: A minimum of an Active SECRET clearance is required. Pass an employer background check. Individual must be a self-starter, able to work without direction.
