This role will oversee a portfolio of platforms and services supporting the mortgage industry. The Sr Leader will engage closely with the business unit leaders of these divisions, to achieve the business goals through technology and to ensure plans are integrated with broader corporate and/or functional strategies, budgets, schedules and plans. This role Influences internal leadership on decisions relating to critical priorities and schedules. The Sr. Leader will have regular contact with senior/executive level management inside and outside the company; contacts involve clarification or modification of programs, products, plans, operational decisions, and/or scheduling requirements. Job Duties: Functional/Organizational Management:· Manages team(s) of Software Engineers to architect and design enterprise software products and platforms.· Coaches, trains and mentors’ direct reports, providing opportunities for employee development. Has full performance management responsibilities, developing goals and assigning work to staff to ensure that broad and strategic goals and objectives are met.· Delegates assignments to subordinate managers/staff. Staff may be in multiple locations (domestic and/or international). Responsible for coordinating efforts and meet goals, staffing and schedule requirements across locations. Develops relationships in other areas/groups. Process & Delivery Management:· Authorizes product iterations, approves designs and cost estimates for iterations, sets priorities, administers budgets. Participates in mid- and long-range planning. · Responsible for ensuring overall budgets, schedules, and performance standards are attained. · Participates in more critical day-to day operational issues, removes barriers, and resolves.Job Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experienceSeeking candidates with previous hands on leadership experience, cloud experience at scale, microservices architectures, and vendor oversight. 10 years of experience in a data or software engineering role, combined with direct management experienceProven track record of leading teams that have successfully built and launched products in highly scalable marketsExperience in building an organization within a fast-paced and highly regarded technology company, experience with leading transformational changeExperience in leading large scale technology transformation initiativesProven track record in strategic technology planning for mid-term and long-term business objectivesDemonstrated understanding in how to create value through enterprise technology, data and application architecture principlesPositive client engagement at senior levels, managing and navigating with peers and business line leaders.High P&L acumen with proven appreciation for meeting financial commitments and delivering on time, on budget high value solutions.CoreLogic offers an empowered work environment that encourages creativity, initiative and professional growth and provides a competitive salary and benefits package.
