Job Title: SharePoint Developer Job Location: Columbia, MD Hourly Rate: Up to $43hr depending on experience Job Summary: We currently have a Temp-to-Perm opportunity in Columbia, MD for a SharePoint Developer. Must have current SharePoint 2019 experience and 3 years of applicable experience in design/development, analysis, and ongoing maintenance for SharePoint site, create and maintain work-flows in SharePoint Designer, customize web-parts including basic web-page design and coding, participate in system migration/testing, manage permissions, and access requests. Job Description: Develop and implement websites, web applications, application databases, and interactive web interfaces. Write supporting code for Web applications or Web sites. Evaluate code to ensure that it is valid, properly structured, meets industry standards, and is compatible with browsers, devices, or operating systems. May develop website infrastructure and integrate websites with other computer applications. Design, build, or maintain Web sites , using authoring or scripting languages, content creation tools, management tools, and digital media. Optimize website performance, scalability, and server-side code and processes. Coordinates creation and collection of necessary technology components and integrate them into a coherent site design. Back up files from Web sites to local directories for instant recovery in case of problems. Select programming languages, design tools, or applications. Experience Requirements: Must have at least 3 years of experience as a SharePoint Developer. Must have experience with SharePoint 2019. Candidates must have a practical, working knowledge of design/development, analysis, and ongoing maintenance for SharePoint site, create and maintain work-flows in SharePoint Designer , customize web-parts including basic web-page design and coding, participate in system migration/testing, manage permissions and access requests. Education Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in software or computer science, or an equivalent engineering/technical/scientific area is preferred.
