WANTED: A mission-driven professional with Program Analyst experience and Secret clearance to become our next Senior Amphibious Assault Direction System (AADS) Program Analyst for PMS377 in Washington, DC. Candidate will support the PMS377, Amphibious Ship Program. As the Senior ADDS Program Analyst, you will: Provide critical support in protecting our country Work with a team of driven, supportive and highly skilled professionals supporting PMS377 Amphibious Ship Program Continue growing and perfecting your skills as a program analyst Receive robust benefits package that includes Employee Stock Ownership Plan Be a part of an empowered accountability culture where each employee-owner has a meaningful stake in the future success and growth of the company A week in the life of the Senior ADDS Program Analyst: Provide overall AADS and Blue Force Tracker-2 (BFT-2) program management support Assist in the management and development of program briefs, budget plans, exercises, and QA Coordinate AADS shore installations, the BFT-2 Brain Book/Comm Plan, lessons learned, and meeting minutes Serve as the ships installation/Program Risk Assessment (PRA) coordinator. Coordinate AADS and BFT-2 installations and Navy Data Environment (NDE) input, tracks action items, submits input for incorporation into the program monthly report, and provides IA support Provide coordination support for Expeditionary Warfare Training Group Atlantic (EWTGLANT)/Pacific (PAC) training and Monthly In-Port Training Events (MITES), provides FMS management support, reviews ISEA monthly reports, performs program QA, and assists in the management and development of Navy messages, letters, and the AADS Brain Book/Comm Plan Serve as the liaison to the PMS377 Front Office for contract deliverables and weekly/monthly report submissions and assists in representing W-Division in Keys meetings.
