, Overview We are seeking to recruit a highly motivated individual with high potential to grow as a digital content marketing cum business management manager in the Asia PB Marketing team, based in Hong Kong. This role will support the team in Client Solutions Marketing Campaigns for Deepening Objectives, as well as Client Acquisition Campaigns for Prospecting purposes. Client acquisition campaigns could include paid media campaigns, sponsorship or partnership programs, or other programs devised to achieve bringing prospects to the bank. Client deepening campaigns could include delivering strategic and tactical investment marketing and product deepening initiatives to the Asia Private Bank and its clients. The individual will report to the Head of Marketing for Asia PB and will interact with business colleagues at all levels, including colleagues within the Asia Marketing Team, across functional colleagues globally, business stakeholders in the Asia Pacific region. He or she will support to build relevant messages for Asia and by delivering it relevantly across channels to our target audience. At the same time, the role will help to keep the team “in check” in terms of being responsible for weekly and other reporting, including budget reporting, procedures upkeep, risk reporting and planning. This role may also be responsible for project management of key global and regional projects. The person needs to have an understanding of the role that Marketing plays in the Private Bank and the importance of executing strategic programs in accordance with our ethos: doing first class business in a first class way. Tracking of campaigns is a key part of the role and scope, to ensure all that we do, is measured, tracked and results reported or shared, to capture results as well as key learnings or insights to better in future initiatives. In carrying out duties in the role, compliance of all activities with regulatory requirements and internal policies and procedures is a must. This position will require strong marketing knowledge and experience, strategic thinking and solid implementation skills. Candidate needs to be organized, detailed oriented, able to multi-task and meet the demands by many stakeholders. Digital Content Marketing: Understanding of finance, J.P. Morgan capabilities, and solutions offering Exposure, or experience previously with Adobe/AEM, web content management, email marketing to drive the experience on web, or social would be useful. Collateral development experience is also seen positively. Coordinate and run/support campaigns targeted at clients / prospects. Use of dashboards for data analytics, generate reports for Team would be required. Coordinate with internal stakeholders and liaise with external agencies on external campaign delivery, and coordinate relationships with vendors. Support materials creation, media strategy planning and implementation for marketing programs. Monitor, analyze and keep track of data, KPIs, from marketing campaigns and day-to-day website activities. Review to meet set objectives/goals. Coordinate required legal and compliance approvals of all marketing and communications materials; maintain central file of all approvals. Business Management: Drive process of budget reporting, procedures upkeep, risk reporting, other reporting and planning. To coordinate marketing projects such as reading lists and client gifts including vendor management, order collation and verification and shipping. To coordinate the agenda for the monthly Marketing meetings, minutes, and reports. To be responsible for the timely processing of invoices as assigned, answer vendor queries and liaise with US/global or other teams for relevant approvals when requested to. To undertake all activities to the highest quality and regulatory standards to ensure that we conduct first-class business in a first-class way. To ensure that all communications, whether online or offline, follow brand guidelines and that they’re delivered to printers and Web developers in the desired formats, free of errors. Administrative tasks as assigned. Qualifications: Bachelor degree in marketing, communications or related discipline At least 3-5 years working experience in digital marketing and communications in financial industry or financial media industry Experience in site metrics, web content management, understanding of digital marketing and metrics Understanding, or experience in search and social media marketing is a plus Ready or learning mindset to drive innovative change in digital marketing, processes, platforms Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English Fluency in both English and Mandarin will be an asset Proficient with MS Office – excellent in Powerpoint and Excel skills; Photoshop or eye for design is an asset Strong attention to detail with good organizational and time management skills to meet tight deadlines Good interpersonal and communication skills, able to work with people at all levels Can-do and enthusiastic attitude and the desire to get involved Ability to juggle multiple projects and to prioritize work Team player who will take the initiative Motivated self-starter, with an ability to perform well in a deadline-driven, fast-paced environment Key Stakeholders and Partners Asia Marketing Team IPB Marketing Team Solutions, Advisors, Bankers and other colleagues e.g. SM, L&C Asia Mgmt Global Center of Excellence Colleagues International Private Bank colleagues Media Team, Asia Events Team in Asia Desirable Experiences Exposure to private banking, asset management industry Understanding of the wealth industry in Asia, including China Success in this role demands a strong strategic and analytical orientation coupled with exceptional communication skills as well as a highly collaborative nature.
