Memphis,, We are looking for a marketing leader ready to take the next step in their career. Based in either our San Francisco or on of our Pacific Northwest Offices, you will work with our world-class marketing team to lead, develop and execute impactful strategic marketing plans for CBRE. You’ll be joining a centralized team focused on architect ing and implementing robust marketing strategies that propels select lines of business, drives revenue, reaches new and existing customers and increases brand recognition. You will be responsible for turning local, regional and national business objectives into executables and measurable results. You must have a strong analytical and creative sensibility and a mastery of forward-thinking marketing platforms – especially digital channels. The ideal candidate possesses a strategic approach to developing and implementing campaigns that ensure the buyer ‘s journey starts and ends at CBRE. Must be hands-on, ambitious, a team-player, and willing to juggle multiple assignments including but not limited to; strategic marketing strateg ies , digital and social content development , client engagement and lead generation, lines of business branding and business development support. Reporting into the VP of Marketing for the Americas, this is a new role and the right person should possess an entrepreneurial spirit and a desire to define outcomes and deliver on objectives. Responsibilities: Plan, develop, execute and measure integrated marketing communications campaigns aimed at business and brand growth Work with our Brand, Digital and Content Centers of Excellence to develop content strategies and plans that drive customer engagement and product knowledge across the buyer’s journey Partner with our Research and Public Relations teams to ensure the right content is reaching the right decision makers Be able to decipher and articulate the needs of the business by translating revenue drivers into actionable marketing plans Leverage our technology platform and l ead content development for our local digital and social channels Ensure dedication to corporate and business brand strategy, identity and tone of voice Coordinate with digital and creative marketing leads to guarantee deliverables, collateral and initiatives are aligned Act as a thought leader and stay abreast of prevailing market trends and emerging technologies Other duties as assigned. Skills: Strong working knowledge of InDesign, PowerPoint, Word Web and digital knowledge with a strong aptitude and interest in new technologies Ability to execute on multiple projects Ability to meet deadlines in fast-paced environment Strong organizational skills Commercial Real Estate Industry knowledge Great communication skills Bachelor’s degree from four-year college or university and a minimum of seven years of related experience and/or training.
